Ralph Adamo, Founder

Ralph AdamoRalph Adamo is a highly experienced advisor and educator on the topic of wealth preservation. He is the founder of Integrity Wealth Management, and the creator of the proprietary Wealthtrac™ process. Over the past three decades, he has advised over 700 people on how to reduce or avoid estate taxes, preserve their hard-earned assets, and secure financial legacies that stand the test of time.

Ralph is also a strong supporter and advisor to charitable organizations looking to maximize their effectiveness and reach.

Angela York, Program director

Angela YorkInstitute for Family Wealth Counseling (IFWC) appointed Angela York to Program Director. York will spearhead IFWC's process and partner with local charities to put on donor related marketing events that steward relationships with its members. Her primary role will be marketing, events, and public relations for IFWC. York has seventeen years of specialized marketing communications experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the Annenberg School for Communications, USC (University of Southern California).


Gwen Vo, Executive Administrative Support

Angela YorkGwen Vo, Personal Assistant to Ralph Adamo, is responsible for performing special projects and assisting our CEO and senior management in the organization of daily operations. In addition, Gwen handles managing the firm’s calendar, handling information requests relating to meetings and events, providing assistance with marketing and company events, conducting research, preparing reports and correspondence.

Gwen’s professional background prior to joining IWM was in Career/Educational Counseling. Throughout her career, she has counseled and interfaced with a diverse population of youths and adults who were seeking guidance in their pursuit toward higher education, career development and self-sufficiency. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and completed her graduate studies in the Educational Counseling Master’s program at San Jose State University. Gwen has been volunteering at local churches since her teenage years, serving as a Youth Leader, Sunday School Teacher and Director of Children’s Ministry. She enjoys reading, learning ballroom dancing and traveling.
